Attributes:
target identifies the associated term element

Values: must be a valid identifier for some <term> element in the current document
Default: #IMPLIED
Example 
We may define <term rend=sc id=tdpv>discoursal point of view</term>
as <gloss target=tdpv>the relationship, expressed through discourse
structure, between the implied author or some other addresser,
and the fiction.</gloss>
